Shipping: All items are shipped from Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. We normally ship only within the Contenental United States. International customers should contact us for special rates and instructions before placing their order. The most cost effective shipping method will be chosen. For small items, including all paper items, this means USPS for domestic shipping. Some items will not qualify for the Flat Rate shipping option.
